Embroidery is a high quality, long-lasting and professional decoration method to communicate your brand identity with your audiences. Embroidered logos allow you to display your name or business name in a high-quality fashion, providing an excellent first impression. This technique is used to decorate uniforms, jackets, headwear or any other clothing materials with needle and thread, and it will last the life of the garment.

We pride ourselves at our versatility in working with our customers to work out what they need and how best to achieve that result.

Digitizing:

Our designers will take your design and use specialist software to transform it into a stunning stitch file appropriate for the garments you have selected. This creates a blueprint for our machines to follow with pinpoint accuracy. We stitch a sample for you and once approved, this design can be used time and time again for your repeat orders with no additional design costs.

Embroidery can be done on the following:

  • Polo shirts, Corporate shirts and trousers.
  • Hospitality and medical uniforms / aprons.
  • Sports and school jerseys and shorts.
  • Hi-Vis work wear, soft shell jackets, hoodies, shorts and trousers.
  • Travel bags, sports and school bags, laptop and conference bags.
  • Headwear like caps, beanies and bucket hats.
  • Towels, bathrobes, blankets, and children’s clothing.

Requirements for Embroidery

  • We require a high-resolution image in PDF/PNG/JPEG format to convert the artwork into machine readable embroidery format (Digitizing).
  • There is a one-time ONLY set up fee for digitization.
  • We provide a sample of the embroidery for approval by the customer before
  • proceeding with the order.
  • Please note that different fabrics and the quality of the particular fabric will affect the final appearance of the stitched out logo. We will follow the colour specs on the logo file that has been provided to us unless advised by customer to change it permanently on our records.
  • We do not charge extra for change of colours to be made to the original logo file that has been provided, to suit the background colour of the garment, as we believe in providing that option as a service to our customers. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to request change of colours on different garments as needed on each order as we cannot assume that.
